$cholarship Mone¥ - IN MY KIWIBANK! (PMSA Scholarship)

Hello! What's up with that picture of Mr Krabs? Well that is because today I received a rather interesting email that resulted to even more interesting updates!

So the government scholarship that I received is the PMSA (Prime Ministers Scholarship for Asia)

Rachel and I were both told that the scholarship payments would be weekly payments into our NZ bank accounts. However today, we both received an email that came with an attatchment that seemed a lot like a receipt.

AND I WAS RIGHT!

I immedietly checked my bank account and there it was. A glorious huge sum of funds in my account and I literally dropped my jaw. I have just never seen that much money in my life and it was just a big shock!

This makes things 100x easier than before because now I can manage and budget the entire exchange with the sum that I have. I am so happy they decided to make the payment like this.

I need to start planning! There is only so much I can do at this stage because I don't know which dorm I have been placed in (there are 3 dorms for international students) and the price difference for each is quite significant. The one I wish to be placed in is of course the cheapest one.

This coming week I should receive the phsyical acceptance package which will include details for my Visa purchase. I can't wait!!
